Noble and Greenough School

Where the present meets possibility

Noble and Greenough School has a longstanding history of success in preparing students for top colleges and universities. We created a suite of admission materials led by the concept of connection. Connections between now and next, across programs and initiatives, and most of all, within the community—the driving force that makes Nobles stand out.

Challenge

Our goal was to create distinctive admission materials for the school that balances Nobles’s present story with the future promise of a Nobles education.

Guided by the positioning of Now—Nobles—Next, we created literal connections between the words with angles from the Nobles shield.

The viewbook is structured in the same three parts. It begins with a layered intro about each section, inviting the reader to slow down and follow the connections on a transparent overlay.

Solution

Each section of the viewbook is told through different mechanisms. The first section, “Now” is told through voices within the community and photography featuring day-to-day life at Nobles.

The second section, “Nobles” shares the details of the school and their myriad of programs and opportunities.

The third section, “Next,” brings the reader through a continuous amble, paired with images of the big events, a celebration of their consistent efforts and the pontiential of a Nobles graduate.

The travel piece combines similar ideas, where the “Now” and “Next” narratives intersect with Nobles on the the interior pages.
